Can't find the premium section on this app. Does not help you at anything unless you purchase the premium but where is it???

I'm so excited to have found this app on play store, it's really helpful.
I love this app, but every year (so far) I have issues purchasing the new code pack. It's an in-app purchase. This should not be so difficult. Once I get through the song and dance of having customer service fix it (which I will say is a fairly pleasant experience normally) it works great. If the purchase issue could just get resolved I'd easily rate this 5 stars. Edit: It's gotten worse. I want this info, I want to use this app! But it's so broken.
Can't get QR code to work, two different books now. Very frustrating.
Don't get the full version unless you are a doc or a coder or specialist
The basic functions of this app are considered Premium Content and not available in free version.
I love this app, but I can never just purchase the next year CPT. I always have to bounce back and forth from Message Center to 800 number. Ugh.
